Mission

The mission of Making A Way Foundation is to fight hunger by meeting the immediate food insecurity needs of the communities by working with local officials and residents to develop a sustainable program leading to self reliance and independence.

GET INVOLVED

The success of Making A Way depends on the goodness of others and their faithfulness, despite times when we despaired about attaining enough food to  distribute.

Without the dedication of our beloved volunteers most of our efforts on behalf of the needy could never have happened.  We could never repay the hundreds of volunteers required to fulfill our mission.  Their gift of time and energy continues to be a major blessing to many.....

As evident from our history, Making A Way wasn't planned; it evolved.  We weren't up all night talking about what we could do if only we had the funds.  While others talked about it,  WE JUST DID IT.

Nevertheless, we have reached a pivotal time in our developement.  The fact is:
